I was coached as a kids by many and the coaches that made the biggest impression on me were the whispering coaches as when you have to pay attention to whats being said you process the information differently. Now as a coach I use the whisper technique and my students seemed to respond as I did as a kid.
It’s been said we are more convinced by thoughts we think are our own than by those pushed upon us; there is something about the whisper that makes that happen more often.
